「We really liked the property. Your staff Hillary really made our trip outstanding- her smile and willingness to go over and above to help us in every way was exceptional. She helped us book our shuttle to the cruise port, told us about all the places to see and do and even printed some paperwork for us.」

「This hotel is quite unique. The staff couldn't be nicer! Going out if their way for their guests is no trouble. The location is right in the center of town. So convenient. The breakfast is amazing! The only con is when you initially try to locate the hotel. We went by it the first time. It is located on a street that you can't drive down certain times of the day.」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」
