「I like that the property because it’s not from the square. It is clean outside and inside. I am surprised that they clean everyday and provided fresh towels. I’m grateful for that. My concern is that the water accumulates because the drainage in the shower does not drain well. I wished that they provided shampoo and conditioner. We run out of the body wash. 「The Palazzo Avino is an outstanding hotel! We had the most wonderful, relaxing vacation there! It is beautiful both inside an out with beautiful vistas from every corner, window, seat etc. My favourite part of the resort is their private beach club down by the sea. It is magnificent as well! The water is beautiful and your lounges are perch just above the sea. Remember to reserve a spot at the beach club when you arrive as there are only about 15 spots there!!!」

「Beautiful gem in the pedestrian center of Ravello. A short 6 mnt walk from bus/taxi drop off. the hotel is beautiful with gorgeous flowers when entering. The room was gorgeous, renovated, spotlessly clean. Overlooked the gorgeous pool. Breakfast was excellent, beautifully laid out. staff was super helpful and responsive. Don't hesitate to stay here when in Ravello.」

「飯店地理位置位於山區，山路崎嶇，除非租車，一般大眾交通不易到達。飯店沒有自備停車場，停車場離飯店有段距離且需再付15歐元。我們預訂的是三人間家庭房，抵達後卻還沒備妥沙發床。飯店規定check-in時間超過晚上8點要多付錢。浴室得水量不夠大，且忽冷忽熱。晚上窗外不知名蟲子飛滿整片浴室及陽台窗戶，但櫃台人員早已下班!這真是可怕的住宿經驗。與房價對比，一點都不值得。」
