Fantastic location in close proximity of the town center of Ravello with great dining options. The hotel is perched atop of the Amalfi coast with stunning views from the rooms and the pool. The highlight is the breakfast buffet with local delicacies. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Hotel Graal is a nice hotel, a short distance downhill from the town center. My room was small but nice. (room 507) I had a great view but no balcony. The pool was lovely and the bar had live music, which was a plus. The breakfast is unbelievable. It was a large spread and delicious. This was a definite bonus! I would stay here again!

The staff was unfriendly and easily irritated. The reviews people write about this hotel and give it high ratings are completely irrelevant. The hotel is dated, and the power kept going out in our room. It was simply a waste of our money.

Fantastic view and friendly staff

Fantastic hotel with a unique location and a wonderful view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and offered many Italian options. The hotel is a bit older, but that didn’t matter at all compared to the amazing view and the welcoming staff. Within walking distance to most things in Ravello. Highly recommended!
