「The location was accessible and a 5 minute drive to the old port. The grounds were pristine and the building had great modern urban styling. The amenities (I dont normally comment about) were excellent.

「Lovely boutique hotel, situated within walking distance of some super beaches. The staff are friendly and the rooms cleaned during breakfast most days.
The breakfasts are amazing, provided directly to your table with a super range of hot choices. we had some lovely lunches, whilst enjoying the soothing and relaxing ( heated) pool with waterfall!

「Excellent for a one night stop before flight.
Beautiful apartments set into the hillside overlooking Souda Bay. Incredibly modern, new and super clean. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views.
Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating with my requests and really lovely to deal with.
Wonderful small pool area which again, has an incredible view of Souda bay and the mountains. Well...

「The location of Alexis Hotel is not easy accessible with public transport. Luckily we had rented a car and could reach there with the help of the local residents. Except the good seaview and breakfast, the hotel has to improve its tidiness and cleanliness in order to attract second visit from tourists.」

「喜歡酒店位置非常棒方便，房間寬暢干净整潔，床上用品很舒服，但盖的被很薄，可我又不觉得冷。迷你式陽台好贊灯塔夜景和Venetian Harbour 就在眼前。前台服務員態度友善熱情，有問必答绐我更好建議，让我順利訂到去圣托尼里船票，推薦好餐廳讓我吃到喜歡的海鮮美食， 早餐雖然是在樓下旁邊的餐廳，但很享受在Venetian Harbour用膳的這種感覺。有留言酒店需要到機場接機，司機很准時到達機場，當然自己另付費，工作人員也把我的行李拿到樓上，離開時拿下來，前台為我打電話召的士等等·⋯⋯非常感謝！印象很好，下次還會再來。」
