Very nice property the front desk staff, excursion staff and the housekeeping staff were so nice and amazing. Very quiet and peaceful. Great place to vacation!

The hotel and amenities are good. The location is not the greatest but the view is breathtaking, the pool is perfectly positioned to enjoy the sunrise/sunset. Service from reception was mixed, one or two employees were very kind and welcoming. Others weren't very accommodating

We booked 3 nights here for the final part of our holiday. This was the most expensive hotel we’d booked in order to have a relaxing few days, we booked a deluxe pool access room & whilst the room was very nice, very clean & comfortable, bathroom was modern & spacious, bed was huge & very comfortable, we were slightly disappointed though that our deluxe pool access room didn’t get any sun at all on to the small seating area outside the patio doors meaning in order to get some sun we had to go to the main part of the swimming pool, this was okay as long as you can get a sunbed because they quickly all get taken. The hotel is in a nice quiet area which we liked, 15 min walk to 7eleven & a couple of nice places to eat & drink a few mins walk away. Unfortunately my partner & I both became very unwell with stomach upsets on our last day whilst staying here & obviously we can not pinpoint the cause but we while we were checking in we heard several other guests saying they had been unwell with the same thing during their stay. It was just very unfortunate that this did spoil our last few days but I can not say it was the hotel’s fault.

Das Zimmer an und für sich war ganz okay und schön, leider lag permanent ein modriger Geruch in der Luft sobald man das Zimmer betrat. Leider liessen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen und die offene Dusche besass keinen Abzug, was die Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer bloss noch steigerte. Der Pool könnte öfters gereinigt werden, war etwas milchig und viel Sand auf dem Boden. Zudem sind die Liegen echt rar, was ich bei der Grösse der Terrasse nicht nachvollziehen kann. Das Essen im war ganz gut und preislich absolut okay. Will man mit zBsp Grab in die Stadt, braucht man etwas Geduld bis sich ein Fahrer meldet, da das Hotel doch etwas ausserhalb liegt. Massagen sind absolut top und am Preis kann man nicht viel jammern. Personal ist generell sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, unsere Klima stieg in der Nacht aus und am Morgen danach hatten wir diverse Techniker im Zimmer die das Problem reparierten. Die Aussicht ist absolut top und kompensiert die ein oder andere Kleinigkeit dafür wieder.
