Rathenow Vacations from NT$49,163

It’s a shame that we don’t have drinking water in the room, and there is no one to talk to or give us room service on call. Of course overall well maintained property. A coffee maker or a kettle would make a big difference for people like us who have a lot of dietary restrictions and can have at least hot water at our disposal.

The host was not clear about housekeeping. No fresh towels/washcloths without a charge was inconvenient, especially since I didn't know beforehand. Cigarette burn in the comforter—hair in the shower. Nice view. Nice shower and jetted tub. Nice-sized space. Comfy bed.

Located in a bad neighborhood, parking was extremely limited and there was little room on the street to safely park, the only staff on hand to help wasn’t helpful (couldn’t be bothered to wear a belt so his pants were falling off, showing his backside), the whole common area reeked of marijuana smoke despite being a “smoke-free property”, all door locks appeared to be cheaply made electronic locks and doors didn’t otherwise seem secure, and the room and bathroom was not professionally cleaned even to the standards of other budget motels. No wonder the room rate is non-refundable. Expedia staff would do well to de-list this property. After seeing this property on Expedia, I’d assumed it was a properly vetted hotel and this clearly wasn’t the case.
