"I got lost on the way there and had to call them at 10pm the front desk told me that I was minutes away and guided me to them in just a few minutes. Then on my last night there I ordered dinner to go and when I went to pay I was ready to give the hostess a tip when she said it was already added to my bill. I really appreciated her honesty. "the room and common areas were spotless. the views are breathtaking, we had a room overlooking the small vineyard in the back nestled just under loon mountain. the amenities seemed endless, onsite winery, 2 restaurants, full gym, game room, 2 pools and hot tubs, yoga studio, spa, etc.. outstanding. i would have like to had a chance to use the pool, but it was only outdoor and not heated too well, but seemed under construction, so hopeful i can try it next time. Overall it was an absolutely wonderful hotel. "
