"Overall my stay at the Holiday Inn was great! The staff are super nice, and I found the check in/check out process smooth. The hotel location is super convenient to shopping and dining. I deducted a few stars because there were stains on my towel, and there were stains on the bathroom wall that was never cleaned during the entirety of my stay."

"The hotel is compact without extensive grounds to walk around in. It is located near a mall complex but do take advantage of the hotel's shuttle service to go to and from it. Although the shopping center and hotel are in a relatively safe area, scammers and pick-pockets are known to prey on tourists. The Dining restaurant is excellent--the food preparation and presentation are elevated. The breakfast buffet is very good--more than adequate but not exceptional. The room I had was simple but met my needs."
