「Cuarto limpio, desayuno buffet del domingo muy bueno. La de los otros días, muy básico, no acorde con el estándar de un hotel de esas características. Si bien la atención del front desk fue buena, hubo momentos en que no había nadie en la recepción. En términos generales, una estadía placentera.」

「Close to historic center. Nice small apartment with kitchen. If you're not used to Cuenca, be prepared for cold nights and no hotel has heaters. Unfortunately there was a couple of smoke detectors that kept beeping all night throughout the hotel. They do offer an included friendly breakfast at a nearby hotel restaurant. 」

「The staff is very friendly and the lighting and bedding are great, with plenty of blankets provided. However, the breakfast is just average. A major downside is the shower design, which causes the entire bathroom floor to get wet—this definitely needs to be fixed. Also, we could have used more towels during our stay.」

Pero el baño de la habitación no estaba limpio en el suelo se podía ver mucho cabello sin haber limpiado, el piso estaba negro y salía facil si se pasaba un papel de baño. Lamentablemente el hotel no cumple con altos estándar de limpieza en las habitaciones lo que es algo crucial. 」
