"We like the staff. They were friendly and accommodating, especially check in desk, staff,Cesar & Miriam in dinning. Our maid service was excellent. They were attentive. Our room was a little tired but clean. Room could use some upgrading. Our room could use new carpeting or flooring. Shower drain was very slow draining. In the dining category, the food choices and prices were excellent. "

"Staff was really good , helpful. Ambience was great. Parking charges could have been included considering I was expedia VIP. Plus they took some additional $40 or 60 resort fee which I was not aware. "
