Felt very safe the whole time as a solo traveler disappointed with the limited restaurant situation during the stay with construction but happy for the nice pool and lounges. "I don’t like the fact that you have to pay $30 he has to use the Internet and for unlimited coffee. I only stay there the night because there was a concert across the street and I didn’t wanna drive back home so late. Also, the parking $60 is ridiculous. That’s an extra $90 and need to pay. I told the staff I don’t need the Internet. My phone has Internet. I’m model is only there to spend the night. The lady in France said oh but you got unlimited coffee like if I’m dying for coffee😒 I travel a lot and I use a lot of hotels but this one I am not happy with for sure. The place is really clean. Valet is really friendly."

"The hotel has no pool even though in the shifty elevators they have a sign for it. The staff was as rude as possible. They offer in room service yet when I called during hours for it, they said they don’t offer it and to come order at the bar. I went and ordered my 30$ chicken tenders kids meals that were supposed to come with drinks as well but they didn’t give me any and the gentleman at the bar was already irritated I was ordering so he walked away very quickly. No one was helpful when it came to checking in, parking, bringing my bags up. I would NEVER recommend this place."
