"Just stayed here one night before heading home. Very convenient location if you’re flying out of LAX. The front desk, bellman, and valet were all super friendly. Very quiet, didn’t hear other guests while staying overnight. We parked behind the hotel at Quikparking(?), it was large and well lit. I think valet was $75 at the hotel, but we parked overnight at the parking garage for about $32. The room had some wear and tear and AC was quit loud, but very clean. My family enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel was very clean, updated, and comfortable. We were there for one night before our cruise and were pleasantly surprised they had a free shuttle to the port. Just make sure you get in line early if you use this service. It fills up quick. We checked out the pool which was small but much nicer in person than in photos. It was a nice spot to hang out in even to just chill and have a drink from the pool bar. Room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Downtown area was easily walkable but the...

"Had a lovely and peaceful stay at the hotel. Felt very safe the whole time as a solo traveler disappointed with the limited restaurant situation during the stay with construction but happy for the nice pool and lounges. The fitness center was very nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable and loved the in-room espresso machine! I would love to come back after the upgrades. Long beach was super close and nice to visit."
