"The cleaning crew opened our door before check out it was really rude. The room was poorly maintained and the floor was horrible. Do not stay in room 106 avoided it at all costs. "

"We had to move rooms due to not being provided the room we bought. The door handle at the second room didn’t work, I called it in and it never got fixed. With luggage in my hands it’s hard to kick a door down. Breakfast cooks were amazing, major props to them for dealing with hungry patrons. "
