「Thisnhotel is a great stay for those visiting in the area for whatever reason. All the staff were polite and welcoming (I interacted with about 5 people during my stay). Very close to the Biltmore, there are quite a few different areas close for food and shopping as well. It is off a busier road in the area, however due to the positioning of the hotel and design of its landscaping it has a quieter "feel" to it. There were no safety issues and the hotel maintains security throughout the evening...

「We stayed one night in the room #222 (King suite) in this beautiful Lodge and we liked a lot spacious and nice lobby area, beautiful backyard with a small waterfall hidden among trees, surrounding territory, and our spacious King suite with comfortable furniture. 「The hotel had bird feeding stations that felt like home. The staff were polite and attentive. The room had reading lights attached to each wall light. It is conveniently located to Main Street in Henderson. Also to I-26. I will use this hotel again. 」
