Staff was very attentive and friendly and the property was pretty nice. My room didn’t have a window which I’ve never encountered before in a hotel, so I’m not sure if that’s normal or not. But I only stayed 2 nights so it wasn’t really an issue. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

I would give an honest review. It was a nice hotel but not as big as expected. It was clean and they have comfortable pillow and no bed bugs.. parking is expensive for 20$/night. another charge for the room with a window and facility fee was off too me. im not happy about it and I didnt sleep well because It was noisy outside since it was saturday night and another room were fighting outside our room and I got turned off with the price of 200 and no breakfast. i would give a 3/5 overall.

The newly redone property was clean and the bathroom was especially clean. The front desk staff if super helpful. My only complaint is the breakfast menu. Very few choices and tasted like reheated food.

Nice and hotel, the pool area was a bonus. Great sitting area. A bit funky with the outside rooms but like the feel. Staff excellent and location can’t be beat.

staff was phenomenal. but rooms open to the outside and downtown noise bleeds over preventing a good sleep.

Only negative was that you had to go outside to access your room on the 4th flr. Pool area was a little noisy but after 10pm subsided

Everything about Unscripted Durham was awesome!! The staff was amazing. The bartenders were great too, would to point out Will and James, they were awesome, they were friendly they remembered our names and made the experience enjoyable.

Funky, mid-century modern, boutique hotel located close to DPAC and many restaurant options. Room was low-key with average amenities but the bed was soft and the noise level was low. Slept like a baby! Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were a bit vague and not available in advance. No coffee in room??? Overall a fine night's stay.

Cool new hotel in a cool area of Durham but not a great stay. There was no internet/TV service, the thermostat reset itself in the middle of the night and we roasted all night long, and breakfast in the lobby cafe took almost 45 minutes to be served.

Staff was incredibly friendly, the decor inside was really cool and the hotel was probably the cleanest I've been in (even the elevator way mopped!). We were able to walk to some cool restaurants and bars, and it's not far from DPAC
