The rooms were great. It was good they had parking but its was not easy to get in ans oit of the tiny parking garage and i didn’t realize they were charging us $20 extra per day. The staff was great

For he price I expect a room to be cleaner than what I got. I quickly found pubic hairs all over the bathroom. Then there is the breakfast. We went down early in the morning to grab a quick bite. The woman quickly told be the all you can eat was $18 per person. $18 for a weak continental breakfast. It was a joke

It’s so refreshing to stay at a hotel where the staff is professional and friendly, the property is beautiful and well maintained, and the amenities are first rate. The level of quality and hospitality at this hotel is exceptional.

I’m not a fan of the decor. It’s modern and sterile and ugly. It was something that we couldn’t overlook. Also, to charge $18 for the “breakfast” is highway robbery. And the TIP for the girl who, all she ever does is bring your check.

I would never stay here again. I felt so claustrophobic in the room. They only allow the air to go down to 65 degrees and then the AC system is SO LOUD when it does finally come on, which is not often. I travel every couple of weeks to North Carolina and have stay in a ton of different hotels, places. This is one I would never stay in again. I was so hot all night long.

Great location in Chapel Hill. Close to many options for dining, shopping, and nightlife. HVAC system was noisy at night. Loved the bar and the bar tender. Everyone on the staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Overall a great place to stay.

Overall a very nice stay. My only disappointment is that they have chargers for electric cars but they are not the typical universal chargers (J-1772) and were of no use to us.

Maura is a keeper, she made us feel special and welcome! Very clean hotel. Comfy bed. Only two minor issues....ran out of body soap and shampoo (readily addressed) and the shower door would sometimes slide open spontaneously. Great location for wedding at a local downtown venue.
