"The night before arrival, we got a communication asking about our arrival time. We indicated that we'd be there about 1300. The response was to thank us for the updated time and a number was provided to coordinate with the local representative. We did, no response. We arrived as we indicated and waited outside for over an hour and a half! It turns out that during the initial contact we were provided an incorrect number for the local representative. "Great staff, tasty breakfast and comfy bed"

"The price for location was excellent. Very easy to get to main tourist attractions using Andel metro. Also next to a large shopping mall if you need to buy anything. The room was very clean. I didn’t hear any of the neighbors. The bed was hard so be warned if you need something softer. I didn’t use the tv so no comment. The shower was good. No mini fridge but snacks are in the lobby. Better to go to the tesco in the mall next door though."

"The savoy was a beautifully , well located hotel . Far enough away from the busy streets but within easy walking distance. Local trams are right on the doorstep if needed and staff are always available and happy to help with any questions or concerns about the hotel or local area . Would definitely recommend the Savoy as a place to stay in Prague "
