「Reception are very nice and friendly. The room is tidy and clean. The best thing is the train station is very close to the hotel, just need a couple minutes of walking and you’ll arrive. Also, across the road there are many shops, which you can almost buy everything you need. I’m surely recommend this hotel. 」

「千萬不要被騙，相片外表好靚，進入建築物後，有如恐怖片一般的，所有公眾地方，衛生程度極為骯髒，冇任何照明系統！入住的五天，只有4條毛巾可用，床單都冇更換，最大問題是連熱水爐都是時好時壞，致電屋主維修，還須呆等2小時！不知為什麼？自己要付出不少的租金，但能夠獲得嘅服務等如零！！！」

「Absolutely loved this hotel. Great location walking distance to restaurants and sightseeing. There is also a free bus to downtown. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Our hostess and staff were super helpful and friendly. This is the place to stay in Zagreb!」
