Walking distance to downtown

We wanted something walking distance into downtown that had parking. It wasn't clear on the booking page if parking was an extra fee (it was) but the front desk lady was very nice about letting us keep our car in the parking garage until 3:00 pm the next day so that we could see Zagreb sites. The room was modern and clean and had everything we wanted, including a fridge.

The hotel is really nice. Breakfast was provided, which was a pleasant surprise. Room was great except the AC unit and the television cables prevent the curtains closing all the way so the light streams in. Everything else was great, few signs of wear and tear but that's expected. Tram stop is in sight and it's less than 50p. Spar pretty much next door as well for your shopping needs.

The Hotel rightly located. It is a 3 minutes walk to the bus stop to board the Tram to the City Centre, which is approximately 10-15 minutes ride, depends on Stops. The rooms are big and well decorated. The breakfast scramble egg was tasty and we enjoyed the Cappuccino. There were other selections of breakfast drinks. For a 4-Star Hotel, the Group should provide Kettle, tea/coffee and biscuits in rooms for guests.

Property is in a good location. Walking distance to a few different tram lines, and also a couple convenience stores, which is nice so you can grab things for you room like bottled water. Breakfast offers a pretty good spread and often stays open well past the published 10am closing time. All of the front seat staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Only one very minor complaint is, and maybe it’s just an American thing, but there was no way to lock the door to the room from the inside. That’s not to say the property didn’t feel safe at all. We felt very safe on the property. Just more of a peace-of-mind thing, and maybe just a cultural American thing as well

Very Pleased With My Stay

My family enjoyed their time at the hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and engaging while the rooms were very clean and comfortable. They have a modern vibe which we enjoyed. Large TV and comfortable beds. The large bathrooms were a pleasant surprise! The only consideration may be location. The hotel is about a 25-30 minute walk to the main square and has limited options for conveniences such as late night drinks and snacks.

Hotel was clean and staff efficient at the desk and at breakfast. Our stay was spoiled with a broken shower head and rail which was not fixed despite reporting on day one and no follow up info given. The breakfast room being badly planned out with food and coffee machine in same corner causing frustrating queues maybe something they could look into. First impressions were not good as Restaurant unable to offer food on late arrival due to private party.
