"We had a very nice stay for two nights. The location is perfect, 10 minutes from the busy, touristic city of Carcassonne. It’s a peaceful place to return to after a long day of walking and viewing. One problem was that there is no fan in the bathroom, so a shower steams up the entire room, but you can’t open the window unless you want tons of bugs to fly in. There are no screens on the windows. "This hotel has the most remarkable view over the walled city. Choose a room with a city view - it's worth the additional cost. When the city and bridge are lit up at night, it's magical. The room was clean and comfortable, room size is typical for France with the tiniest mini-fridge I've ever seen. Front desk was friendly and hotel has a good vibe. Easy walk to walled city, train station and the rest of town."
