「Building is very close to the street, it can be noisy at night with cars pass by. They do provide ear plugs if you need them.
Buses near the hotel is not very frequent and tend to delayed. Plan accordingly. Trams are 10 mins walk and you have to walk pass the red lights district at night. It’s pretty safe though. Plenty of Restraurant in that neighbourhood.
I like the hard mattress but the pillows are too tall for me.
Communications with the hotel is almost flawless. They reply very quickly...
「The services provided by the staffs are excellent, you will receive a warm welcome from the hotel. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Inside, some surprising small goods provided to show the hotel is very care and hope you have a comfortable stay. For examples, I like the bath salt and sleeping eye mask that help to have a good sleep. And the health club is open 24 hours.
And the location is just inside the shopping area, and the tram station is a 2 mins walk. Absolutely love to stay...
「Vintage style hotel, 5-10 minutes to Hiroshima Castle and A-bomb museum. Hotel staff are super polite and nice, can communicate with English. Love the Columba Bar, relaxing environment and staff are charming and sociable. Not recommend the sky top bar. Room are clean and comfortable, but no usb charge port at bedside, TV channel are limited. Good overall」
「Although parking service is provided, I arrived late on the day and there were no parking spaces left in the parking tower. The hotel asked me to go to the parking lot at the back, but I found that it was also full. I was able to park successfully only after other guests cancelled their reservations.」
