"Rooms were nice"

"I was traveling with my 78-year-old mother from California and we checked in on Saturday afternoon and was greeted by the most friendly, warm welcoming lady the front desk named Julie. She was so helpful in making sure that I had a room that was accessible to the elevator and that it was convenient for my mom and myself she also called the room after we had been in our room for a couple hours to make sure that it was up to our standards and that everything was okay. The next morning went downstairs for the breakfast that they offer which was fantastic. We met April who is the morning manager and she was so helpful in giving me a printout of places I could take my mom to go around and visit and look at them that would be interesting for us to see. The breakfast that they offer is amazing it's clean people actually want to sit down stairs in the dining area and have breakfast together. My mother loved Elvia's gravy for the biscuits so much that Elvia brought her some extra out for her even as breakfast was shutting down. Donna is so sweet, she told me lots of houses to look at since we're looking to move to Texas. She told me good areas to check out."

"It was a nice clean place to stay. My only complaint was.... I am used to fluffy pillows, and these were not! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!"

"What I liked about this property was the most wonderful way that the owner and manager was able to understand my situation when my airline canceled my flight to Texas. I contacted the facility and they were very understanding. Manager worked with my arrival hour changes and they we're able to accommodate my stay once I finally when did arrive. Great guest services by management! I give 5 stars!!!!"
