「- the entrance atmosphere felt a bit cold as the half of the common area including the lobby was under renovation
- they called us multiple times late evening and early morning to confirm safari details e.g. time or dietary requirements for the lunchbox.. all of this could have been done upon checkin (which we asked) instead of their convenience of time
- email responses weren’t particularly helpful so we had to repeat or chase for a few times

「We had a lovely time staying 2 nights at Gwango Elephant Lodge. The staff were all very helpful and the food was excellent. This was a very peaceful place and was amazing to have elephants just outside the dining area when eating dinner.」
