「No elevator and we needed a first floor room because of knee surgeries. Staff kinda grumbled..lol.. but gave us a room on the first floor and we appreciate that. I know the building is not new but, renovations had it looking fresh. All in all the room was fine and the price was right!」

「Checked in Sat. July 18-VERY friendly, helpful receptionist. Give her a raise! Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. We were given a nice downstairs room with a King bed. Would stay here again. Even the Housekeeping and Breakfast ladies were friendly and kind. Only wish is that the a/c worked better. Our room seemed humid ~ but at least it was cool.」

「Disaster from start to finish! Checked in around midnight with my dog and a family member's 2 dogs. I told the front desk clerk the 2 were leaving - their owner was meeting me to get them. While unloading my vehicle, the clerk and some man I'd never seen comes beating on my door saying I needed to come to the office. They then accused me of lying about the dogs - keep in mind I had JUST told them. When I turned to get my purse and room key to go to the office, there was a BUG crawling...

「If I could give 0 starts I would! On check out day, the cleaning staff tried entering our room even after I said we were still inside and that we were checking out at 11, so she knew I was there. I had to hold the door shut to keep her out after she used her key to try to get in. A complete violation of trust and safety. The night before, we had to leave the pool by 5p became there was a VIP Player event in the lobby (they weren't even using the pool). We opted to pay extra for a balcony, not...
