「The hotel looks great in general. It is located in Mati which is about 10 euro taxi fare from the Rafina Port. The swimming pool is not too big but good enough, overlooking the bay area. Facilities are all up to standard. All the staff we encountered are friendly and helpful. The reception has been of great help in directing us the transportation to visit Athens, which is about 45 mins away by bus.」

「George was the perfect host. He drove us down to the ocean where the restaurants are located several times. There was a fruit salad waiting for us on the fridge when we arrived. He gave us grapes from his garden on another day. He gave us advice on getting around the area by bus and regaled us with stories about Greece and his past. 」

The check in and out was a breeze and the car service provided (for a 25 euros paid to the driver Themis) was very helpful as when we arrived there was a taxi strike. The host was kind enough to provide a list of local restaurants and markets and guidance on how to use the local transportation to get into Athens city center. 「The apt was spacious and clean. It was conveniently located near the airport. Having the 2 bedrooms and a large sofa in LR helped with our sleeping needs. Also a close walk for a quick beach visit. 」

「We had a great stay! The owners were fabulous, they gave us great dinner recommendations where a driver picked us up and dropped us back off at our hotel. They were even kind enough to let us back into our room late night when we locked ourselves out. The pool area was great and the hot tub area private and relaxing. Airport transfers were quick and I’d 100% stay again. 」
