Al final me dió claves para ingresar al edificio y apartamento pero no el número de habitación, llegamos 3.30 am y nadie contestaba al final 4.15 am nos contestaron y dieron el número de habitación 」

「The unit was spacious and rooftop pool very useful. Laundry facilities were a bonus. However the property was poorly stocked. Very little utensils or supplies to cook or clean the apartment. The toilet seat was broken and after a request to have repaired no one showed to fix it. 」

「Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue with this hotel is the management and their lack of support when problems arise. The internet was extremely slow and constantly disconnecting, making it almost impossible to work or even perform basic online tasks. Since reliable Wi-Fi was one of the reasons I chose this place, this was a major inconvenience. I reported the issue, but the management showed very little interest in helping or resolving the problem. What made the situation worse...
