Great communication with staff. The place itself was exactly as listed. I really enjoyed my time. The kitchen was all I needed and more. And the water pressure with the shower was really amazing. Overall a great experience and I will stay here again.

I enjoyed that the property and liked that it is near things; below the building in front of the street is a Juan Valdez cafe that serves delicious coffee, delicious breakfast croissants and panini sandwiches, there’s a drug store in front across of the building along with a mini supermarket so you do not need to go far, the only thing that the suite was missing was a frying pan to cook, only had a saucepan and saucier chef pan to cook things, that and the living room needed a shade or curtain for privacy.

Highly recommended — the best place in La Plata, without a doubt. Modern, elegant, and everything is in perfect condition. Everything inside the apartment is high quality and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Absolutely nothing to criticize. We will definitely come back.

Ridiculous check in process. They for e you to download an app. If you dont want to download their app, you are asked to go to a different location a few km away to pick up a key. They complicate things so much

Very good place to be, good price/benefit, staff very friendly, the issue is the communication that they send too much messages, and it is hard to read, you want to get in and go insight, but, in the end the make the best effort to accommodate and they really are friendly.

The apartments are not decorated at all, very bare, not cozy. Kitchen is poorly equipped, no coffee machine. Check in process is tedious Communication prior to arrival was non existent creating unnecessary anxiety. Beds are comfortable Shower pressure is good but the water leaks outside and gets the floor all wet. Only one bath towel per person. No hand towels provided. No hair conditioner.

The park across is excellent for my best friend/dog, plus Parque Saarvedra is within walking distance. Convenient location, nearby some nice cafes, supermarkets and pharmacists. Clean, efficient communication when I couldn’t find a chopping board and needed to borrow a hairdryer. Thank you, definitely recommend this accomodation.
