「The toilet and shower were not clean.」

「 The staff were always helpful. The parking is an extra cost. The breakfast was good and thw shuttle is convenient. The only thing to be aware of is where the hotel is located. The neighborhood isn't the safest. Local panhandlers will try to engage with you and /or ask for money. 」

「Very pleasant and comfortable property in downtown Racine. Excellent restaurant and roof top bar and a comfortable lobby as well. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Really this is the best hotel in Racine and I can't wait to stay there again on future family visits to SE Wisconsin. I've recommended it to all of my Wisconsin friends and family for when they have visitors in town.」

「The place was shut down when we arrived and had to look for a room at 10pm in the night. I received no notification on this and lost my reward points not very happy about this. They could of had called and let people know because was not to only one standing outside wondering what to do.」

「I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends.
