「The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. 「 Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. 」
