「We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a 7-minute walk to the Mosque and nearby shops. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were very clean. The customer service was outstanding; the staff were all very helpful and understanding. The reception team, in particular, were extremely supportive and welcoming—especially the shift manager, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. 「The hotels has some of the nicest service staff ever, they are all smiling, eager to help, and they go out of their way for the guests. The front desk staff are a bit standoffish, they promised me a long bed, then u got two twins. My second complaint is that my room window was facing a construction site, that went into full gear all through the night, and I am a pretty light sleeper, my earplugs helped a bit, I asked to change the room and they didn’t give me another one, glad it was a short...
