「The property was beautiful, the rooms were nice and clean. The problem was with the TV. It stopped working and even though I was told they have 24/7 service to fix it, after 13 hours waiting, nobody came to fix it. Also, tried calling the front desk from outside the hotel and no one answered. Tried multiple times from my room and no one answered. You can't claim to be a 4 star hotel and provide no service to your guests. 」

「This property was cute and clean. The restaurant is a highlight. Breakfast is excellent, as well as, the other main meals. It’s a quick drive to South Hampton and beach passes are $5/day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」

「Large rooms, clean - very well designed - clean, fully renovated - wonderful renovation. Lots of staff - so very attentive. Great place - will definitely go again and highly recommend it. Pool is big enough....BUT....important to get your towel down before 9 to have a seat - was not over crowded at all (and it was July 4th weekend) - but it could potentially get crowded.....so just a tip.」
