「The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold.」

「We pretty much like this small hotel, which is near the Plaza Foch, in a quiet residential neighborhood. The hotel managed by a couple of ladies who did not speak English but can be communicated with google translator. We found a thread of hair on our bed sheet when we checked in and had this for their attention. They sent the maid to replace the sheet right away. The shower could take a couple of minutes to have hot water running out... Overall, they were willing to help us whenever we had...

「Rincon Family was a complete disappointment. I strongly recommend visiting the property before booking, as the photos shown on Expedia did not accurately represent the actual condition and felt extremely misleading. The front desk staff was courteous, but once we entered the rooms, the problems became obvious. One room had a strong sewer-like smell, very dim lighting, and did not feel clean. The second room appeared to have an unfinished or poorly executed bathroom remodel. The toilet and shower...
