"Our stay was really good!"

"Our room was nice and clean and very comfortable. I loved the decor. I like the color and the artsy vibe in both the room and the lobby. The staff were nice and helpful and always with a smile. One morning, we had to leave early at 7am before a day tour and so breakfast wasn’t open yet. Even the bakery nearby wasn’t open until 7:30! I went down to the lobby to get milk for my coffee and upon hearing of my lack of breakfast, the front desk gave me a slice of carrot almond cake. The cake was moist and delicious! We were so appreciative of the staff’s kindness to offer us something to eat for breakfast. They also were very helpful to give us tips and information on places to visit and how to get there. "

"The cafe and red on site were very good and the pool area was a great place to relax after a day exploring Lisbon. Some communal areas in the hotel were not always clean, but the room."

"Breakfast buffet was just ok. In fact all the meals were just ok with the exception of the pizza which was terrible. Front desk people were very helpful with my questions. The hotel is not located anywhere you would want to walk or explore so you had to use Uber ($$) to get anywhere. And the trains were sooo noisy, 24-7, earplugs only mildly tempered the loud train noises that sounded like a sonic boom."

"Beautiful hotel located in heart of city with access to shops, attractions and amazing restaurants. We got an upgrade to fourth floor with a balcony and room fireplace. Awesome!! Highly recommended."

"I loved this proximity of the hotel. Easy walk to Commercio square, Rossio Square and Alfama. Breakfast was very good with a variety of foods. Very friendly, helpful service. My husband felt the A/C was very noisy and rattling at night. We could also easily hear people walking above us."

"This place was perfect right in the hub of the downtown of Lisbon, has a good amount of shared washrooms. Was never waiting, and every time was nice and clean, just a bit smelly but what can you do lol. Rooms were also clean with a small balcony which is always a nice bonus, we stayed on the town square side, and was a beautiful view! Breakfast was delicious everything I needed and more, simple but perfect has everything you could ask for not to mention it was included which is amazing. Only stayed the one night but was everything me and my partner needed, and the front desk staff are extremely friendly, gave us recommendations for places to eat, and when checking out let us keep are bags behind the desk so we could continue exploring without the hassle of lugging around are packs. Thank you again!"
