"We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed our meals in the dining area, with fabulous view over the valley and distant hills. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. "The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children. The 2 hours later they replied "sorry, your room is ready now", and when we told them we had to find an Airbnb and we needed a refund, they quit answering. Irresponsible and unethical. Stay away"
