「Room was clean but rather bare, like a sofa had been removed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Self check-in didn't make it clear that parking was free at the weekend; we paid £5, but was able to get it cancelled when we checked out.」

「It is a place I would be delighted to revisit on my next trip to Birmingham. The atmosphere was very peaceful, which I greatly appreciated. Entering the building was straightforward, thanks to the provided code. Throughout my stay, I had no need to raise any concerns with the host. The room was generously sized and equipped with an iron, tea, and coffee. Conveniently, there were food shops nearby: I had hoped to cook in the kitchen, but I discovered that I would need to have my own pot. There...

「Just what we needed. We were a family group visiting The Black Country Museum/Dudley Zoo and the location was great..just 10 min walk. Free parking and friendly staff/easy check in. Its not a luxury hotel (seemed to be a mix of worker's and tourists) but it was clean, and beds were comfy, water pressure in showers good. We had the suite which comes with 5 double rooms, two bathrooms and a living/kitchen area. Perfect for us...already looking to come back nearer Xmas. :)」

「Fabulous staff. We had a problem on the first night and the staff were excellent. Moved us to another room and offered compensation. Breakfast was brilliant. Hotel is in a lovely area opposite a beautiful park and a short walk to the venue we attended and to the city centre. Would definitely stay there again.」
