「Business trip! The reason to pick this hotel since it's so closed to El Marquis Industrial Business Park. My co-worker from Japan and me (USA) both love the service here!! The room size is super huge!! We booked 2 rooms, and each room has 2 Queen-size bed. Staff is super nice and friendly here. A young man Ivan speaks English and he gives really good hands and tips about our questions. There's a hotel connected taxi driver named Alrando, we uses him as our driver at all time, he's in good help...

Son amables pero abandonan mucho al cliente, los buscábamos para todo, les faltaba personal en restaurante, algunos sí llegaron a ignorarnos, no están uniformados para identificarlos, no están especializados en su área, falta mucha formalidad, no nos indicaron bien dónde están los servicios, ni los habitaciones ni con quién dirigirnos」

「We were firstly check-in a room that was used and not clean, and then we got another room without any apologize. The swimming pool should be warm but it was cold that day. The tables and floor of swimming pool sitting area was not clean the next morning time. There were popcorns and foods on the floor.」

「This was our first trip to Queretaro as a family. (Husband, Wife, and 2-year old boy) We stayed June 20-29, 2026. Every aspect of the hotel was excellent. First and foremost, the staff were amazing. Special thanks to Lety, Santiago, and Israel from the Domun restaurant (Taboa)! Great people to talk with and share laughs while providing top tier service. We didn’t know before we booked there is a kids area (in the back of restaurant) that is perfect for most ages of children. My boy...

「No hay comunicación con el huésped y les importa un carajo si llegas o no , no checan contigo para preguntar si todo bien al respecto. Y quise cambiar mi fecha de llegada y no la aceptaron..que mal y se quedaron con mi dinero sin yo quedarme」
