Upon arrival, they said that we were checked in to a room which was not in the main hotel building, but rather a drive-in section of a motel. They charged me $10 more to place me in the main building even though the reservation that I had originally booked was in the main building with Expedia. The hotel was clean, although the rooms were very noisy because of the highway traffic and the poor insulation for noise control in the rooms, also the beds were uncomfortable.

Todo muy bien, las instalaciones son adecuadas, limpias, no es grande lo cual no lo hace que este saturado de gente y bullicio, el restaurante tiene mucha variedad en el menu, el personal siempre muy amables.
Lo unico que se podria mejorar es el servicio del WIFI, es muy inestable y para estar trabajando en la habitacion es muy problematico e incomodo.
La ubicacion esta muy bien para llegar a los parques industriales que estan alrededor, pero para ir a Queretaro si esta un poco retirado, solo se puede llegar en taxi si es que no llevas vehiculo propio. Solo para referencia.
