"We stayed here to catch an early flight from QRO International Airport, and it was a great choice. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean and well-kept, and getting an Uber to the airport was quick and easy. The only thing to note is that the elevators are on the smaller side, but I was still able to fit two large suitcases without a problem."

There is plenty to enjoy, including three restaurants, artisan shops, the heated pool and spa amenities, the beer garden, and dancing and live performances on scheduled days. "This is a charming hotel near the best sites in the historic heart of town. We had a large room in a courtyard. It was quiet and the king size bed was great. The bathroom had a huge shower. I particularly liked the staff. The manager, Perla, speaks excellent English and she helped us with navigating the city and seeing the sites. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and the honor bar. We had to leave at three in the morning and a staff member was there to help us with our bags. I would stay here...
