The wifi didn't reach our room which was very frustrating. We had to go to the common areas to get service and found that quite inconvenient. The room was basic but acceptable and the bed was very comfortable.」

「El hotel es uno de los más nuevos de ciudad Hidalgo. Está muy amplio el cuarto, muy limpio y el personal es súper amable. Sin embargo, el internet es demasiado inestable. El personal nos comentó que es tema de la región pero, para las personas que trabajamos desde el hotel, es demasiado complejo tener tanta intermitencia. De igual forma, el lugar es muy silencioso por lo que TODO se escucha jajaja los carros, la gente platicando, etc. Ambiente familiar, desayuno completo y saciante....

「This hotel is very nice ! Nice pool and area. Our tv did not work when we got there and maintenance tried to fix we got there late so we said no worries for the tv. The shower was hot and had good pressure. Beds were ok they have AC and at the front you can ask for an iron. I enjoyed my stay the staff is nice and clever tone was helpful. A little noisy at times but it was a good price for the stay and close to the event we were attending and they allowed us to leave our luggage」

「I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I made my reservation through Expedia, and they never gave any indication that I needed to bring my U.S. passport and my immigration form. They wouldn't let me into the hotel because I only had my driver's license with me. The only way I was able to get in was by using my dad's Mexican documents. On top of that, the room didn't have air conditioning; it was incredibly hot.」
