Loved our stay overall

Overall wonderful stay, would stay here again. The two main negatives were how loud it was both nights we stayed there, until 2:30am. I feel that there should be “quiet hours” enforced since a hotel is for resting and sleeping. The other negative was some very cold, unwelcoming servers in the restaurant but we did have one really wonderful server that was so appreciated.

Major construction projects going on right in front of property. Very hard to get to. Not convenient at all. Beds feel as though you’re sleeping on top of a rock

The breakfast buffet was decent, offering Mexican food such as chilaquiles and chicharrón. As far as rest goes, my family and I did not get any sleep at all. I called the lobby at 11 pm, as we were all tired and trying to get some rest, but there were people singing to the top of their lungs by the pool. The staff member that answered said there was some sort of rehearsal for an event that would be moving to the event’s room soon. Unfortunately, the noisy environment did not reach an end until 4:30 am. We heard loud music, yelling and singing until 4:30 am, which I’m guessing was coming from the event’s room. If you’re looking for a place to get some rest, this is not the place.

The place was amazing when we arrived i was extremely happy with the place and staff. But at night they allow the people who stay to make all the noize they want till 2pm they rent out the hall located above and they had DJ and people speaking/singi g on the microphone. Both nights that we stayed they allowed these people to party and never did anything to quiet them. We even compmained woth the manager the night before and still nothing was done. Lets just say this WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! So sad bc this place has so much potential

I did not like that I reserved a 2 bed room and they did not have one when we Arrived. they did upgrade to another room but it was dirty and smelled (trash was left under the counter from the previous stayed customers) We also finish our business before the 3 days reserved and we advised them 2 days before that we would be leaving the following day. when the time came they said it was up expedia to refund me because they hadn't being paid by expedia yet.

La atención excelente, muy limpio, desayunos ricos. Es una gran opción. Lo único por lo que le doy 4 estrellas, es porque la alberca no está climatizada y siempre está muy fría.

Excelente Hotel y aceptan mascotas

A pesar de ser un hotel con algunos años, se la preocupación por mantenerlo impecable. Extraordinaria la limpieza, el personal atento y amable. Lamentablemente por el tiempo que nos tocó no hicimos uso de la alberca. A eso hay que sumarle que aceptan mascotas.
