「The beach access sold it for us. We really enjoyed hanging out on the beach and then swimming in the pool in the evenings. My kids took surf lessons. Quick access to MA park. We saw monkeys on the property! Had a nice time! 」

「Well I only had one day of breakfast I was nice that they still took us we were 5 minutes late before the end of breakfast but the food was not the great coffee taste it was on the pot for a while ac was not cold enough fan made noisy and shake 」

「Just got back from a stay at Shana. Both the property and staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to help us… with things related to coming and going, setting up outings for the day that kind of thing. They are responsive to questions asked over the net/expedia which is something other places are not. Much appreciated. Also much appreciated is their handling of our late check in and check out. The hotel is on a fairly steep hill, so bear that in mind if mobility impaired… that going...

「We reserved 2 rooms for 4 adults, however they only had one room kept for us when we arrived. The front desk told me they will refund me one of the room payment. I didnot got it 2 weeks later until now.」

「We loved the location and the staff. We didn't love the fact they shut your water off in your room and dont turn it on til 0700. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again. Wonderful beachfront with chairs provided for free.」
