Il y a plein de petits détails très apprécié: la machine à vanille française à l'entrée, le plancher chauffant de la salle de bain, la pièce extra pour déjeuner tranquillement... En plus des points forts réguliers (déjeuner et stationnement inclus, propreté dans la chambre et dans le gym)"

"Our check in way a bit longer than we would have liked, but our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable, with lots of pillows and sheets. Bathroom and floors were very clean. Quite floor(second floor) easy parking. We choose the garage parking. Ample space. Charging options if desired. We used the hot tub and pool, which was very clean and perfect water temperature. Staff from front desk to maintenance staff to cleaning staff were all very polite and respectful. Over all we would recommend this location for a stay over in Quebec city. Lots of food options close by and not far from the highway. Enjoy your stay. Remember how you treat and talk to people will help determine how your treated."

"Bien situé, propre, personnel agréable. Le stationnement le plus proche est situé sous l’Hôtel de ville. Rien de luxueux mais parfait pour être situé dans le cœur du Vieux Québec. La chambre était au 4e étage (avec ascenseur) donc un peu chaude, ventilation moyenne, petite chambre mais parfait pour une courte durée et pour les gens qui ne passent pas beaucoup de temps dans leur chambre."

"Everyone was extremely friendly to us, the bellman were all very helpful and kind, they stored our bags for us after we checked out to allow us time to explore while waiting to go to airport, the spa was lovely, only minor complaint was multiple of the restaurants at hotel were not Open during the days we stayed there, otherwise we will for sure be back:)"
