"We loved this hotel. The location was amazing - we could walk to everything. Very clean, very friendly and comfortable. Just a couple notes of suggestion - nothing that takes away from five stars, but just a few small annoyances. Our room had a king bed and a murphy bed. The murphy bed was comfortable, BUT there is a large gap between the mattress and the wall. I had to request extra pillows to stuff down in the gap in order to lean back on a couple additional pillows to read or watch tv. Maybe the hotel could come up with something to put in the room that could be used to fill that gap. Also, the wine dispenser was a neat idea, but there were no prices and I am quite certain the pours were less than the ounces claimed. Likewise it was not clear whether the breakfast was extra or included - no pricing anywhere. I would have liked Netflix or Hulu as streaming options instead of Amazon Prime which has a much more limited selection. Again, these are minor inconveniences, and we would stay there again any time!"
