"I ended up needing a quick room for one night. Very convenient. Saw a little hair on the wall from a previous guest but it was when we were leaving. Could of been worst....ive definitely seen some horrific hotels lol. Id still make it my go to when im in the area. Just as long as housekeeping does a better job cleaning the bathroom countertops. And its in a great location! Not too far from ANYTHING! It was 11pm and we went out to buffalo wild wings! And the staff was super friendly! We went out to breakfast so I don't know how the breakfast was but I will be back!"

"Seriously needs a renovation. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was sooooo hot because it doesn’t cool when you’re out of the room so you come back to a super hot room that takes hours to cool down. Also had one of the worst showers I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. I love Saratoga, but there are many many better places to stay."

"Plenty, or ample parking. The room was roomy, clean and easily accessible. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly, and accommodating. The Casino was very well kept, clean and an easy drive that was not to far from the Saratoga Race Track, or the Hall of Fame. Fantastic. Thank You Saratoga.... "

"The room was relatively clean, but…… -water in sink didn’t drain (even tho I asked to have it looked at) -tv didn’t have Netflix, etc options -lighting in room was poor -not enough outlets in the room -housekeeping didn’t clean or restock the room once in the entire 4 nights I was there -“free breakfast” consisted of a coffee pot, toaster, a glass display (where I saw 1 bagel one morning) and a bowl (I saw an orange in it one day). Location very good. Near northway, shopping, restaurants."

The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable, the entire was hotel clean and tidy, and the big bonus was the breakfast, including hot food items (eggs, sausage, and waffles). We will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Saratoga."
