「Room was clean. Bed was comfortable Check in was quick and clerk was helpful. Hotel was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Need to offer a better selection of breakfast items.」

「This property was nice. The room was especially nice, clean and well decorated. The little gift bags given at check-in was a nice touch. The casino seemed a bit chaotic and confusing, but we managed. All in all, it was a good stay.」

It was out of waffle batter (only 5 people in the dining room the entire time we were there), out of syrup, a machine wasn't working, the orange juice was so watered down with water that it barely tasted like orange at all. One of the patrons had to go out and find the attendant twice to get the batter & syrup filled.」

「First, I called for an early check-in before arriving,no one answered the phone. When I arrived at the hotel there was only one person at the front counter and he was on the phone, didn't even acknowledge me with a simple one moment or anything. I politely sat down and waited for him to finish his call. I was allowed to go-ahead an check-in. My room was subpar ( double beds) in every way. I most definitely will NOT return to this particular hotel. I wanted to try a different hotel in the area on...

「Advertised as having hot tub and gym,it doesn’t. Front desk staff laughed at me when I asked, since it’s advertised as having those amenities. Pool in disrepair, I have video of one of the lights just hanging out in the pool by the wires! Spills/stains on walls in room and bathroom (leaking from vent, looked rusted. Someone was smoking marajuana close to our room and it was the to point that you could of course smell it in the hall, but so strong that we could smell it every single time we...
