"I really liked this place. The room was clean, basic, one person, large bed. What really makes this place worthwhile is the location. All sorts of beautiful pedestrian streets lined with shops are a few steps away. The big cathedral is very close, abd is truly beautiful inside. I visited in July, and there were live bands and even an all male choir performing in various spots. Lots of good food, very pretty, and close to the river. "We had a great week in Biarritz. 5min. walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. The apartment and building is weel looked after. Nice pool area and possibility to read/relax at the pool area as well. We had a brilliant afternoon in the spa/wellness area as well - included in the stay. We were 3 people in a 6 people apartment. I would recommend max. 4 in such a apartment, to make it good for everyone. I am Looking forward to going back there. "

"Pleasant and clean stay but very basic - definitely not a 4 star- booked a studio and had bunk beds unless I wanted to make up the sofa bed Also expected to take rubbish to front of property upon check out and strip and bag bed sheets and towel's upon checkout 3 star at best "

"Belle vue sur la place de ma chambre. La chambre et la cuisine sont sur 2 étages donc prévoir qu’il y a des escaliers et notre appartement était aussi aux deuxième étage. Donc aux personnes âgées , beaucoup d’escalier pour les bagages et les aller-retour."

"le studio pour 4 est bien placé mais à notre arrivée poignée de porte fenêtre s'est cassée mais nous pouvions fermer et ouvrir la porte sans problème ; les chaises de la terrasse étaient sales mais le reste était convenable ,par contre pas d'éponge ou sopalin pour nettoyer table et vaisselle utilisée pour petit déjeuner ,à part cela tout était très correct"

"Communication facile avec envoi sms confirmant l'accès aux logements si arrivée après 18h. Séjour très calme au niveau bruit. Route peu fréquentée. Peu être mieux fourni en couverts. Canapé lit bon pour deux adultes taille moyenne et poids classique. Propreté normale. Internet fonctionne bien. Piscine un peu froide vu le temps de notre séjour mais ensoleillée une bonne partie de la journée quand il était présent. Restaurant sur place. Boulangerie 300m uniquement baguette, croissant et pain...
