「Lobby smells like cigarettes. No clocks, no coffee maker, no bags in ice bucket, no elevator. Unless absolutely on a budget I would avoid this property.」

「Yes, little guests easy parking spaces. Restaurant staff were pleasant. Heat didn’t appear until 11PM. A tad chilly. Room was clean. 」

「I arrived after dark and the hotel and the village were like a magical New England winter scene with sparkling lights everywhere. The proximity of the hotel to a typical New England church and numerous white painted wooden framed structures was a scene from our historical heritage. The hotel was reopened less than a year ago after extensive renovations. The outcome is a GEM. Decorations deserve an A+.」

The Chalet is only about a 5 minute drive from mount snow! So grateful to the staff who texted me to let me know we had left something behind and the room when they went to clean it! 」
