The staff was very friendly. Our room was not clean. There was hair on the walls of the shower. We didn't see it until the morning. Our air conditioner didn't cool our room. We were told that if we moved rooms. That rooms air conditioner may not work well. So switching rooms seemed worthless.

First class fitness center. Crossroads restaurant is amazing and worth the trip. Only downside was staring out of the window and seeing The T**** Hotel. Ugh. A blight on the landscape. Tear it down.
