「I loved staying here. I stayed 6 nights. The gardens and two pools are beautiful. There are fountains. The WiFi is great. The staff are nice. They have laundry service. It’s a tropical place in the city. I recommend it and hope to return.」

「My friend and me stayed in this beautiful hotel for one night after our Rinjani climb. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with the concierge manned by polite staff who speaks decent English. Our room was spacious and even had a small balcony furnished with seats and a table. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great night’s sleep here. A couple of downsides though. 「Fairly over-priced for the room we got. our room was not clean, sheets had stains on them & doona covers left off the doonas which were also dirty. towels were stained as well. when we arrived the bathroom floor/walls/toilet was saturated with water so a little unpleasent to sleep there. however we were out all day so if you need a cheap place thats close to senggigi then this is satisfactory. otherwise the staff are lovely and very helpful.」
