"Pool was nice. Ocean View Rooms were not nice and not worthy of price. My Expedia reservation did not include breakfast and I was not aware of this! I was forced to pay $30. Per day for coffee and pastry ! A rip off"

"The grounds were clean and spectacular, and the room was fantastic. We had a garden with a partial ocean view, which was very private. We loved the different pools, restaurants, great drinks, and excellent food. The staff were outstanding, the service was superb, (the bellman Arnulfo [blue eyes] was helpful and stepped up to help out with transportation). Housekeeping noticed that we were celebrating a birthday, and they had a pleasant surprise in the room, complete with balloons and a "Happy Birthday" sign. That made the day even more special; it was just beautiful! Can't wait to go back."
