"The Expedia concierge is great! Everyone is super helpful and they make reservations for you for dinner so that helps a lot. The food was just ok. Go to breakfast before 9 am. Otherwise they run out of plates glasses and food because lines are long. The Mexican restaurant Adelita was the best out of all the food. "Excellent service, I especially liked the butler service. Very responsive. My biggest complaint was that we could hear neighbor above very clearly. Like a cheap apartment complex. I requested another room as the resort was not very full. They talked to above neighbors. Needless to say they didn’t tiptoe for the rest of the weekend and problem continued. Still a beautiful place with tons of amenities ."

"Amazing property and staff . Spotlessly clean. Huge issue with what tip or food and beverage . Average food for top$$. I you want a Gatorade from store on property it’s $12 and bottle water is $6. If you are looking for a place with vibe and energy, this is not your hotel !"

"Our only complaint was the noise. Two out of the four nights we were there we were woken up by very loud music in the area of the hotel. On one occasion it went on until 2:30 AM and on the other until 3:30 AM. It was not the fault of the hotel and not something that they could control, None the less, it significantly detracted from the overall experience. Vacation isn't as much fun if you are overly tired."
