The shower in our suite would not turn on the rain waterfall head. We asked them twice to come fix it, it would hold for a half a shower when they fixed and then nothing. We finally gave up and just used the body handheld shower to which we had to crouch down to wash our hair.
The staff on sight weren’t friendly. Some were. But the waiters and waitresses walked around like they hated their job. It definitely brought the mood down. The bartenders, again most of them just hated their job. I heard multiple people around the resort say this as well.
Then the restaurants, they say is reservation free. However, every single night we had to be there for 5:30pm to lineup until 6-6:30 and then finally get a “reservation” for 7:30-8pm. The whole process was very disorganized. No one would give you a straight answer and it nearly caused fights in the lines with other restaurant goers.
Finally one morning we decided to order room service since we’d had enough of the loud buffet, she said it was be an hour. still no food after an hour and a half. I finally called and asked where it was to which she told me they didn’t have any carts left today so they didn’t make our food. Said we could walk down and get our food but to give them 20 minutes to make it. I told them it was unacceptable not to call, not to tell us anything about just deciding not to make our food so I asked if the buffet was still open, no. Closed. She understood I was upset and eventually had food made 2 hours later
